|
| Is President of Paramount Property
Analysts. and has been a practicing real estate appraiser and
consultant since 1984. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree
from Sam Houston State University. His
qualifications include MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute, certified
general real estate appraiser, licensed property tax consultant and a licensed
real estate broker in the state of Texas. Real estate and appraisal education
include real estate land and real estate finance at Sam Houston State
University, Real Estate Principles, Basic Valuation Procedures, Standards of
Professional Practice, Capitalization Theory and Techniques Parts A and B,
Narrative Report writing, and Case Study courses with the Appraisal Institute.
Mr. Stephen's background in real estate appraising includes special-use
properties, farm & ranch, commercial, industrial, residential, feasibility
studies, condemnation, and real estate consultation. The Appraisal Institute
conducts a program of continuing education for its designated members.
MAIs and SRPAs who meet the minimum standards of this program are
awarded periodic education certification. Mr. Stephen is currently certified
under this program. |

| TIM MAYFIELD |
|
| Is a Certified General Real
Estate Appraiser. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering in
2001 and a Master's Degree in Land Economics & Real Estate in 2005, both
from Texas A&M University. He specializes in commercial appraisal including
retail, office, multi-family, subdivision developments, industrial, and farm
and ranch. |

| KEITH MITCHELL |
|
| Located in College Station, Texas, Keith is a Certified Residential Real
Estate Appraiser. Originally from Rosebud, Texas, he has an extensive
background in agriculture and remains actively involved with his family’s
agriculture operation. He received a bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Economics
in 2003 and a master’s degree in Land Economics and Real Estate in 2005, both
from Texas A&M University.

| Sterling Fryar |
|
| Located in College Station, Texas, Sterling is a licensed
Real Estate Appraiser Trainee. He received a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Economics with a
focus in Finance and Real Estate, along with a minor in Business and Economics in 2008 from
Texas A&M University. Originally from San Angelo, Texas, he has an extensive background in
agriculture and continues to participate in his family’s ranching operation. He is also a
licensed Real Estate Agent, and is working towards his Broker’s license and MAI designation. |

| Located in College Station, Texas, Carrie, originally from
Victoria, Texas, is a licensed Real Estate Appraiser Trainee. Carrie received a Bachelor of

Estate in 2009, both from Texas A&M University.

Brazos Valley, Cayla is a licensed Real Estate Appraiser Trainee. She graduated from Texas A&M
University in December of 2008 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Health as well as a minor in

| Located in College Station, Texas, Russell is a licensed
Real Estate Appraiser Trainee. He recieved a Bachelors Degree in Agricultural Development in May
2005 and a Masters in Agricultural Economics in August 2009, both from Texas A&M University.
He has an extensive back ground in agriculture and is working towards his MAI designation. |
